How does a career become a calling? Sometimes it’s your #1 passion. Sometimes it’s in your blood. For Jeff Warshaw, it happens to be both. On sheer pedigree, the Warshaw family has over 100 years of combined multi-family real estate experience. So even when he began his post-collegiate years as a lawyer, the fact that Jeff focused on commercial real estate was a tell of what would come. He began working in the multi-family real estate industry in 2000, serving as Executive Vice President of Warshaw Properties, Inc., where he learned the business from the ground up, starting in management, then transitioning into acquisitions, and later into development where he found his passion and ultimately excelled. He cultivated his passion and sharpened his craft while serving as a Managing Director with Trammell Crow Residential, and then and as Managing Director over Investments for Williams Asset Management (WAM). During his tenure at WAM, Jeff was instrumental in helping launch Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC), and its “Loan to Own” multi-family Mezzanine Lending program.

Jeff saw the opportunity to bring an entirely new standard of excellence to luxury apartment living in America’s most prestigious markets through his multifamily legal & financial expertise. Just like that, 360° Residential, LLC was born.

Clark Butler’s career in construction and development began in 1987 when he went to work at Baker Concrete Construction. While at Baker, Clark learned about foundation systems, concrete formwork, rebar and P.T. cable placement, concrete flatwork and concrete frame scheduling. After Baker, Clark worked for Precision Concrete Construction and continued to learn as much as possible about all facets of the concrete business. Next, Clark went to work for McDevitt and Street General Contractors. While at McDevitt and Street, Clark worked in the pre-construction department putting together comprehensive proposals for construction projects.

Clark’s development experience began with Post Properties, where he worked within the Post Apartment Development division. Clark’s responsibilities included design, construction, financial proformas and operations of multifamily residential development projects.

In 2012, seizing on opportunistic market timing, Jeff Warshaw and Clark Butler chose to get back to their greatest passion – apartment development – and together launched 360 Residential. Jeff and Clark credit much of 360’s success to a perfect blend of partnership expertise. While both share the same vision of providing best-in-class apartment product in high barriers to entry markets, each possess their own unique set of professional skill sets and expertise that set them apart from other developers. While both partners participate in site selection, pre-development activities, asset management and disposition strategy and execution, Jeff specializes in deal structuring and finance, while Clark specializes in pre-construction and construction execution. Location: Panama City Beach, Florida

360 Panama Flats will be located in Panama City Beach, Florida, which as of January 2021 was named the No. 2 emerging destination in the world according to TripAdvisor. Located on Front Beach Road the resort-style rental community will sit less than 1,000 feet from the white sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
