Jeff Warshaw is Co-Founder, managing member and CEO of 360 Residential, LLC. He oversees all aspects of 360 Residential with a heavy focus on strategic direction and capitalization of the company’s business. Mr. Warshaw has over twenty-five years of experience in the multifamily industry, preceded by a career as an attorney. Prior to the formation of 360 Residential, alongside John Williams and other industry veterans, Mr. Warshaw helped launch Preferred Apartment Communities Inc., a publicly traded multifamily REIT, which was sold to Blackstone in June of 2022. Prior to that, he was a managing director with Trammel Crow Residential after transitioning away from the practice of law and into the multifamily industry by taking on leadership positions in various nationally recognized multifamily organizations focused on sourcing and executing development and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Warshaw received a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and received his J.D. from the University of Georgia; holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia; is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Atlanta Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association and the National Multi Housing Council. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his three children, three dogs and involvement in youth sports.

Taylor Hawke is President and CFO for 360 Residential and has over ten years of development experience. She oversees the entitlement, underwriting, due diligence, pre-construction, development execution, asset management, and disposition for all the company’s developments. Ms. Hawke is a member of Urban Land Institute, Urban Land Institute Women’s Group, the Atlanta Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association and the National Multi Housing Council. Ms. Hawke joined 360 Residential in 2014 and has developed over $500M in ground up class A multifamily assets. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Consumer Journalism and enjoys playing ALTA tennis, walks with her dog Snoopy and traveling.

In 2012, seizing on opportunistic market timing, Jeff Warshaw chose to get back to his greatest passion – apartment development – and launched 360 Residential with a former partner.
